Yea, I'm getting on the plane tomorrow to get home!!!! I can't wait. I've enjoyed this vacation very very much, but it was longer than it needed to be. I'm so ready to be home, to sleep in my own bed and see my friends (on the other hand, the heat is not so good) Overall, I'm just ready to be home.

I'm also kind of ready to get away from my dad for a bit. I love him dearly, but he and I, we dont' see eye to eye.
I've been very interested in all the news coverage of Michael Jackson's death, that's just how I am, I want to know what's going to happen to his estate, his kids and all that. I just like to hear about these things, and I feel very sad that he is dead, simply because he really is such an icon.
My dad on the other hand, thinks only of the MJ who was charged with child molestation. He can't stand it when I watch the news (which I've never actually turned on the tv and sought out a news channel before) just to watch about Michael Jackson. He gets huffy, twitchy and in the end either leaves the room or makes some comment on how MJ has been acting over the last few years, until I get sick of it and change the channel. In that respect, I'm ready to have some time to myself/away from my family. It's going to be great to see my friends.

3 surprises (at varying prices)
several postcards
some posters (from a native american reservation very cool stuff)
a b-day gift for the youngest of us.

I do believe there is still more, but I can't say for sure until I get home and take inventory
